This week, Austin sits down with Hopper Seely, President of Memphis’ newest brewery, Grind City Brewing Company, to talk about beer, the town of Collierville, TN and brew school.

A Collierville resident, Hopper attended Briarcrest before studying abroad at “brew school” in Sutherland, England. Hopper has since worked to introduce his love of brewing beer to Memphis alongside his family and friends. Grind City Brewing Co. looks to open its doors this summer at its prime location in “Up-Town” Memphis.
